I no sooner set up my feeder and put nectar on it and had my first Ruby-Throated here within a few hours
It looks like they have a hard time finding the hole in the flower. I think if you change the color of the flower to yellow and the perch to green it would be easier for them. All my other feeders are red with yellow flowers. Other than that it's working great. Some birds are smart and figure it out fast. Others are dumb and find the hole.🤦♀️

I love my BirdSnap hummingbird feeder! It was so easy to connect to WiFi and the camera works great. I get so excited when I get a notification. I would never know that I have so much activity otherwise. It works perfectly and doesn’t leak at all.
BirdSnap hummingbird feeder does not leak and the camera takes good videos. I have it hanging in my second floor apartment balcony.
In the provided video, there is excessive ghosting of the hummingbird's wings, and the bird occasionally skips across the screen. This is not acceptable for a hummingbird feeder camera.
This feeder is all they say it is. I put it up had birds feeding from it within 2 hrs. Most important to me is it doesn't leak. Easy to clean and refill.
It’s been a fun experience learning the set up and making things right. Customer service has been outstanding, shipping is as super fast with all kinds of notifications! The on-line AI support with all my questions about feeding, connection, bug control and whatever else is answered on the spot and followed up on every time so far. The app is super easy and free! Really having fun with it. I’m even considering a second one for regular bird seed! Best purchase of the year!!

I love ❤️ this feeder but I’m getting so many videos with motion and no hummingbirds at the feeder with these videos that I have to delete. Help me understand how the camera can stop shooting videos where no hummingbird appears?

It’s quite a wide angle clear views of the camera! We are still waiting for the hummingbird to show up.
I absolutely love watching the hummingbirds! The video seems to warp a bit on the sides, but gives a magical touch to it. Identification could be better, but it's like any other "smart" device and needs to learn so giving feedback on false identification helps. Could hold more nectar but it's still pretty cool.

I love this camera! I have had the camera for almost a year and the picture and video quality are clear and crisp. We bought it for a rare hummingbird that came to our house for about 3 months and we were able to watch his full gorget appear start to finish. Throughout the summer, we have enjoyed watching all of the different Ruby-throated Hummingbirds. There has never been a problem with the connection between camera and phone. It’s a great camera feeder!

Sometimes the speaker doesn’t pick up the hummingbird’s wings flapping. But overall, it’s a good device.

This was a birthday present for mom and she loves it. The birds do use it. I saw reviews that say birds ignore the feeder. But her's come right up to it and feed. Feels nice and sturdy.

I love hummingbirds and hummingbird feeders. This one is extra special because of the camera. This was easy to set up and get started. After I put it up and downloaded the app I waited to see the hummingbirds on the camera. It works! The picture is very clear and captures amazing images of the hummingbirds. I'm hoping as it gets a little warmer it will attract more!

It seems to be a good product, but the SD card is not included. It would be helpful to know what SD card to buy and where to obtain one. Because the card is not included the price paid is artificially lower than the real cost. Inalso am havimg trouble with assembly.

My first one developed a leak in the base so bad that the bees took over. I contacted your support people as it was still under warranty. Still haven’t heard back from them. Decided to give up and buy a new one. Works great so far.

The bird feeder appears to be built very well. The packaging was great. We are in the Arizona desert and it will be several months until it cools down so we can use it. It was a birthday present for my wife and she is excited for fall to get here.
