How to Cancel on iPhone / iPad (iOS)
Step 1 — Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
Step 2 — Tap your Apple ID name at the top.
Step 3 — Tap Subscriptions.
Step 4 — Find and tap BirdSnap in the list of active subscriptions.
Step 5 — Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
Your BirdSnap AI Plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after that date.

What Happens After You Cancel
- You will retain full AI Plan features (bird identification, extended cloud storage, Auto recording) until your subscription expiry date.
- After that date, the account reverts to the free tier: 3-day cloud storage, no AI identification, recording limited to 120 seconds.
- Your camera continues to record, stream, and send notifications — cancelling the subscription does not affect core camera functionality.
- Cloud videos from the subscription period that fall outside the 3-day free window will no longer be accessible, but they are not deleted immediately.
Cancelling a Free Trial
If you are within a free trial period and cancel before it ends, you will not be charged at all. Your trial perks will remain active until the trial period expires.
