Step 1 — Open the BirdSnap app and tap the profile icon in the bottom-right corner.

Step 2 — Tap Points Reward Center. Your current points balance is displayed at the top.

Step 3 — Browse the available rewards. Each reward shows its points cost and any applicable conditions (such as minimum account age or subscription requirements).

Step 4 — Tap the reward you want to redeem and confirm the redemption when prompted.

Step 5 — The points are deducted from your balance and the reward is applied to your account or delivered as described (for example, a subscription extension may apply immediately, while physical merchandise may require shipping information).

Tips for Redeeming Points

  • Check expiry. Some rewards have limited availability or expiry dates. Redeem before the offer period ends.
  • Make sure you have enough points. The reward catalog shows the point cost for each item. If you are short, check the Activity Center for ways to earn more.
  • Stay logged in. Points and redemptions are tied to your account — make sure you are logged in to the account that has accumulated the points before redeeming.
